Rates and Booking Conditions 2009/10

Tariff includes - full use of lodge facilities, pre dinner drinks, canapes, four-course table d'hote evening meal and full breakfast.

Child Policy - Children aged 15 years and under are welcome when the lodge is booked on an exclusive basis. Exceptions to this policy will be considered upon request. There is no reduced tariff for children.

Cancellation Policy - Deposit is refundable (less $200.00 administration fee per person) if cancellation made more than thirty (30) days prior to commencement of stay.

For cancellation’s made less than 30 days prior to commencement of stay the total accommodation amount will be charged to your credit card. We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover cancellations.

Non-Inclusive - beverages, telephone calls, faxes, in-house laundry service, massages, activities and any other outside services.

Lunch can be provided to suit guests needs whether it may be a packed lunch, gourmet picnic, or enjoyed at the lodge. Prices are on application.

Exclusive Use Reservation; Whare Kea Lodge can be booked for Exclusive Use at any time of the year for a maximum of 12 guests. A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable immediately in order to secure any Exclusive Reservation. Final non-refundable payment of 75% is due 30 days prior to arrival for final confirmation of the reservation.

Please note: An 18% surcharge applies on all tariffs at Whare Kea Lodge & Chalet for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and the 2nd January. Rates are in NZ$ and include Goods & Services tax of 12.5%.

Whare Kea accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards.
