Whare Kea Lodge: Total of 6 Rooms — 2x Master Suites and 4x Deluxe Rooms.

Daily Rate Includes: Full use of lodge facilities, pre dinner drinks, canapés, five course degustation dinner, and a la carte breakfast.

Non-Inclusive: Alcohol, telephone calls, faxes, in-house laundry service, massages, activities and any other outside services.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservations.

Cancellation Policy: Deposit is refundable if cancellation made more than 30 days prior to commencement of stay. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to commencement of stay, the total accommodation amount will be charged to your credit card. We recommend that you have travel insurance to cover cancellations.

Lunch: Lunches can be provided to suit — a packed lunch, gourmet picnic, or enjoyed at the Lodge. Prices are on application.

Holiday surcharge: A holiday surcharge of NZ$400+GST per room per night applies on daily rates at Whare Kea Lodge & Chalet from 24th December to 3 January.

Child Policy: Children aged 15 years and under are welcome when the lodge is booked on an exclusive basis. Exceptions to this policy will be considered upon request. There is no reduced rate for children.

EXCLUSIVE LODGE RESERVATION

Whare Kea Lodge can be booked for Exclusive Use at any time of the year for a maximum of 12 guests. This includes exclusive private use of the lodge and facilities, pre dinner drinks, canapés, five course tasting menu and full breakfast daily for up to 12 guests. A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure an Exclusive Reservation. Final non-refundable payment of 75% is due 30 days prior to arrival for the exclusive lodge reservation.
