Lodge Reservations & Rates

Rates are quoted per person per night in NZD and exclude 15% GST
1 May 2013 - 30th June 2014

Tariff includes: full use of lodge facilities, predinner drinks, canapés, five course dégustation dinner and à la carte breakfast.

Online Reservation

Amenities not included in the daily rate: alcohol, telephone calls, faxes, in-house laundry, massage, activities, excursions and any other outside services. Lunch: The kitchen can prepare packed lunches, gourmet picnics or lunch to enjoy at the Lodge. Prices available upon request.

 A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservations.  The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start of your stay. For cancellations made less than 30 days before commencement of stay, the total amount will be charged. Travel insurance is recommended to cover possible unexpected cancellations.

Holiday surcharge: A holiday surcharge of NZ$400+GST per room per night applies on daily rates at Whare Kea Lodge & Chalet from 24th December  2013 to 3 January 2014.

Child Policy: Children aged 15 years and under are welcome when the lodge is booked on an exclusive basis. Exceptions to this policy will be considered upon request. There is no reduced rate for children.

Exclusive Use $9500
Whare Kea Lodge can be booked for exclusive use at any time of year for a maximum of 12 guests. This includes exclusive private use of the lodge and facilities, pre dinner drinks, canapés, five course dégustation menu and full breakfast daily. A 25% non-refundable deposit is payable to secure an Exclusive Reservation. Final non-refundable payment of 75% is due 30 days before arrival.
