Whare Kea Operational Requirements under New Zealand COVID-19 Protection Framework
Our priority is to keep our guests, staff, suppliers, and the community as safe as possible. After an in-depth risk assessment, whilst in the orange and red settings of the Covid-19 protection framework, we will require all guests, staff, and suppliers to show their vaccine pass to gain access to Whare Kea. All information collected will be confidential and stored securely.
Covid 19- Booking Terms and Conditions
All guests must complete the Pre-Arrival Health Screening prior to arrival. If you are become unwell prior to travel, please stay home, get tested and we will either hold your booking as a future credit or offer a full refund. This also applies if you have been advised to self-isolate or if any travel restrictions change before your stay.
Guest Responsibility: If you become unwell during your stay, please inform the property manager immediately so we can take the necessary precautions. Should you have to isolate during your time at Whare Kea, any additional night’s stay will have to be paid in full. We can arrange all necessary provisions during this time and assist with your isolation with any additional services charged to your account.
